Healing is something we desperately need right now with the increase in mental health and substance use challenges. Chrysalis will host eight storytellers as they share their stories of HEALING.
Although this event is FREE and OPEN to the public, Chrysalis is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and we need your support to continue our mission: promoting mental health and substance use recovery in our community by supporting work opportunities that encourage hope, healing, and wellness.
Please consider donating to our Big Share on March 5––any amount helps. Click here to donate.
About the Speaker
We are thrilled to introduce our emcee, Araceli Esparza, the founder of Midwest Mujeres Collective. She is a motivational speaker, podcast host, Chicana poeta, and consultant for libraries, historical sites, and nonprofit organizations. Her powerful work has been published in several anthologies and journals, earning her two Pushcart Award nominations.
Araceli is not only a talented storyteller but also an advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively supporting diverse leaders in Latina and Black communities.
Born and raised in Madison, WI, Araceli’s inspiring journey as the daughter of migrant farmworkers from Guanajuato, Mexico, fuels her strength in amplifying marginalized voices.
