The National Mental Health Consumer's Self-Help Clearinghouse is the nation's first peer-run national technical assistance center. It has several resources available such as a Self Advocacy Guide directed towards consumers and for businesses, a guide to having a "Consumer Run Business."

Today was our first day back in the FEED (Food Enterprise & Economic Development) Kitchens and we had a blast! We made a batch of Strawberry Rhubarb and Strawberry Lemon Pops to enjoy at Moving for Mental Health 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk.
